FIA Motorsport Games
Rally
I
2019 afviklede FIA for første gang FIA Motorsport Games. Det var
et vellykket arrangement med base i Rom.
Konceptet
var planlagt til gennemførsel i både 2020 og 2021, men begge
gange måtte man aflyse grundet covid.
Alt
tyder heldigvis på at Motorsport Games afvikles efter planen i
2022, denne gang på Paul Ricard-banen i Sydfrankrig. Programmet
for rally omfatter 3 discipliner, se mere på Disciplines

DASU
kan desværre ikke støtte deltagelse økonomisk, men er behjælpelig
på anden vis, se https://motorsportdanmark.dk/dasu-og-danmark-deltager-i-fia-motorsport-games-2022/ Her
finder man også links til reglementer, deltagergebyr etc.
Såfremt
man er interesseret i at komme i betragtning til deltagelse bedes
man rette henvendelse til bbn@dasu.dk senest
15. august. Hver nation kan kun sende et hold pr. disciplin, og
deltagerne skal være af samme nationalitet. Efter endt tidsfrist
træffer DASU afgørelse om hvem der skal repræsentere Danmark.

MARSEILLE,
France (Tuesday, 28 June 2022) –
World-class rallying will join the FIA Motorsport Games for the
first time this October 26-30, with Rally2, Rally4 and Historic
confirmed among the 17 competition categories to be contested
across tarmac stages around the Circuit Paul Ricard region,
between Marseille and Toulon, France.
First held in 2019, the FIA Motorsport Games is a unique global
competition which places nations at the forefront of the sport,
offering drivers the chance to compete under their country's
colours and contend for gold medals.
The introduction of three new rally classes puts the discipline
centre stage this October, allowing each FIA (Fédération
Internationale de l'Automobile) National Sporting Authority (ASN)
to enter one driver and co-driver in each respective category.
Rally at the FIA Motorsport Games will mirror the FIA's Rally Car
Pyramid, which simplifies class structure for all FIA Rally
Championships from entry level to the top of the sport.
The Rally2 class is for four wheel-drive machinery, opening the
FIA Motorsport Games up to Rally 2 competitors from national and
regional championships across the globe including the FIA World
Rally Championship, with the possibility to compete at the wheel
of Ford Škoda, Proton, Volkswagen, Citroën, Hyundai and Peugeot
machinery.
